IE offers a full range of compliance services to ensure that you meet all necessary energy related regulations. We don’t wish to just ‘tick the compliance box’ for you but help you to meet your statutory needs in a way that is useful, pragmatic and delivers value to your organisation.
Display Energy Certificates (DECS)
All public-sector buildings over 250m2 require a valid DEC. We can provide DECs for the first time and deal with all DEC and Advisory Report renewals.
ESOS
We have fully qualified and experiences ESOS assessor who can ensure you complete all the requirements to have energy and/or transport audits undertaken. We managed and delivered full compliance for over 50 organisations for Phase 1 and almost 70 organisation in Phase 2 by the required deadlines. We have qualified assessors for DECs, full site energy audits and ISO50001 so can deliver compliance to the route which delivers best value to your organisation. All organisations with over 250 staff (full time or part time) need to comply.
Heat Network Regulations
If you operate a building which has a centralised heating, hot water or cooling system providing heat, hot water or cooling to more than one end user then you will need to comply with the notification and metering requirements of the HNR. We can undertake all your notification for you and delivery metering feasibility reports for your buildings.
SECR / Greenhouse Gas Reporting
It is now mandatory that any UK organisation with over 250 employees and meeting other financial criteria, includes within its annual account a report of what its greenhouse gas emissions are. We can compile such reports by calculating an organisations emissions as well as preparing an action plan for their reduction.
